The cocktail was born here in New Orleans. Recently, many excellent distillers have opened in Louisiana and Texas, bringing their take on classic spirits. KES supports our local innovators in all industries and plans to add our own expertise with mechanical and process equipment to the mix. Tales of the Cocktail is one of the premier industry events.
