Kemper Engineering Services will continue to operate during the COVID19 pandemic crisis. Due to the nature of our clients being classed as “essential businesses”, our engineering support for these businesses is even more important than before. We are operating isolated and dispersed. Only our principal engineer, Bart Kemper PE, is going to the Baton Rouge office. Our Franklin, La. operation is locked down.
Unlike past crises such as floods and hurricanes, we have no loss of capability. We routinely operate from hotels, conference rooms, break rooms, and pretty much anywhere we can at least get power. Like everyone, we have some challenges to overcome, but our normal mode of operations is readily adapted to the current situation.
We stand ready to support all clients, new and old. We are ready for new work. We are also doing pro-bono work to assist in other ways, where we can. Please stay safe and mindful during this time.
