Subsurface Oil Capture crowd funding

Kemper Engineering Services is developing a novel subsurface oil capture system.  Our initial efforts were in response to the 2010 BP Oil Spill.  Now we are developing oil sampling/capture systems, methods for cleaning up beaches, and larger scale subsurface capture.  Stay tuned for our crowd funding campaign.
