Anna Christensen is a CAD major at Baton Rouge Community College. Ana Escobar is a Honduran national studying Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University. KES continues to provide mentorship and real-world experience to students in STEM.Design By Analysis for Glassy Polymers
KES is leading the development of a new “design by analysis” method for glassy polymers. The initial focus is for windows in pressure vessels for human occupancy (PVHOs) including submersibles, saturation diving, and medical hyperbaric treatment systems. However, a system that can provide a robust design for a life-critical structure can be readily adapted to other applications.
